Visit by the Czech Optical Cluster

ITC welcomed representatives of the Czech Optical Cluster to its newly built optical laboratory, which is designed for testing the optical and photometric parameters of personal protective equipment.

The new facility conducts accredited optical, mechanical, and climatic tests on safety glasses, sunglasses, protective shields, goggles, and hockey visors. Thanks to its modern equipment, it verifies, for example, light transmittance, optical quality, mechanical resistance, and the stability of products when exposed to climatic conditions.

The program also included a tour of other laboratories within the Testing Division. The visit confirmed the high level of expertise at ITC and opened the door to further collaboration with partners in the fields of optics, industry, and research.
