New ICP-MS spectrometer

The ITC analytical laboratory has just purchased another ICP-MS spectrometer from Agilent, the 7850 series. This new machine will complement and replace the long-standing ICP-MS Agilent 7700, which has been installed in the laboratory since 2013. Analysis of elements in leachates and mineralized materials, including heavy toxic metals, is a basic parameter that is monitored in many products intended for the market, especially products in contact with food, toys, products in contact with drinking water, skin, etc.
We believe that this spectrometer will contribute to accurate and correct analyses in the ITC analytical chemistry laboratory.
