Reakreditování kalibrační laboratoře AKL 2222

ITC úspěšně reakreditovala kalibrační laboratoř AKL 2222. Došlo k rozšíření akreditaci o kalibraci elektrických veličin u zákazníka a o kalibraci měřidel teploty o metodu simulace termočlánku. Odkaz na akreditaci zde.


Změna prostor zkušebny asfaltů

S platností od 1.12.2011 byla přestěhovaná laboratoř asfaltů a zálivek ze zkušebních prostor v Brně do zkušebních prostor společnosti ITC v areálu SPUR Zlín-Louky. Do konce roku 2011 je možné využívat ke komunikaci staré brněnské kontakty. Více informací zde (odkaz na www stránku s kontakty).


Autorizace ITC pro další oblasti měřidel

ÚNMZ autorizoval  ITC pro ověřování následujících stanovených měřidel:

členy měřidel a měřících sestav protečeného množství tekutin-snímače teploty (odporové snímače teploty, jako členy měřidel a měřicích sestav protečeného množství tekutin, v rozsahu -20 °C až 100 °C.)

měřiče tepla a chladu a jejich členy (odporové snímače teploty, jako členy měřičů tepla, v rozsahu 0 °C až 420 °C)

ITC se stal schváleným subjektem posuzování shody v rámci Dohod o vzájemném uznávání

ITC byl schválen (designován) jako subjekt posuzování shody v rámci  Dohod o vzájemném uznávání výsledků posuzování shody (MRAs = Mutual Recognition Agreements) uzavřených mezi Evropskou unií a Austrálií, resp. Novým Zélandem. ITC je designován pro sektorové přílohy zdravotnické prostředky (Medical Devices) a elektromagnetická kompatibilita (EMC).

SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES OF THE LABORATORY

Accredited calibration laboratory No. 2222 ensures calibration of working reference standards, working measuring instruments and measuring equipment in the following fields:

magnetic quantities (outside the scope of accreditation)

hardness of plastics and rubber materials

ozone concentration

The main purpose of calibration is to create metrological traceability of the measuring instruments data to  higher order reference standards. Calibration of all measuring instruments is conducted according to the Act on Metrology No. 505/90 Coll. as amended. Calibration services are used especially in chemical, food, agricultural and biological laboratories as well as in laboratories in hospitals, in hygiene and veterinary stations, in waterworks laboratories, in drug substances control and environmental control facilities, in power engineering laboratories,  geology and in other related fields.

The laboratory also provides calibration of temperature meters (temperature sensors, temperature controllers, temperature recorders), which are a fixed part of various process equipments (furnaces, drying lines, presses, plastics moulding machines etc.).
