ASSESSMENT OF PRODUCTS UNDER AUTHORISATION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACT NO. 258/2000 Coll.
The laboratory is authorised in accordance with § 83c of Act No.258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health, as amended, for the following authorisation sets: HEALTH SAFETY OF PRODUCTS THAT COME INTO DIRECT CONTACT WITH WATERThe laboratory carries out sampling and testing of the health safety of products intended for contact with drinking water, in accordance with the requirements of domestic and foreign legislation. ASSESSMENT OF MATERIALS THAT COME IN CONTACT WITH FOODThe laboratory carries out sampling and testing of the health safety of products intended for contact with food, in accordance with domestic and foreign legislation, requirements and directives of the EU Parliament and the requirements of the Food Code. Test results can be used as the basis for a health safety declaration. ASSESSMENT OF PRODUCTS FOR CHILDREN UNDER THREE YEARS OF AGEThe laboratory carries out sampling and testing of the health safety of products for children under 3 years of age, in accordance with the requirements of § 25 of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health, as amended, and the implementing regulation of the Ministry of Health No. 84/2001 Coll., on the health requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years of age. Test results are fully usable as the basis for a declaration of conformity of products also subject at the same time to Act No. 22/1997 Coll., as amended. ASSESSMENT OF THE HEALTH SAFETY OF SPECIFIED PRODUCTSAssessment of the health safety of specified products in accordance with EU directives, government regulations, harmonised or required standards and technical manuals.
ASSESSMENT OF THE HEALTH SAFETY OF FURNITURE AND HOME ACCESSORIESAssessment of the health safety of wooden, particle board, plastic, rubber, metal and textile furniture materials in terms of their content of formaldehyde (perforate method, gas analysis), content of heavy metals, aromatic amines, pesticides or other undesirable substances, in accordance with the client's requirements.
