PROCESSES TO GET THE CERTIFICATE FOR THE GAMING MACHINE OPERATING ABILITY

• The customer as supposed present the order for the certificate of gaming machine to ITC or accredited special workplace
• Concurrently with the order is suposed present specify documents in public notic the Czech Republic´s Finance Ministry No. 223/1993
• ITC will review the entirety of the request and presenting documents, indicate extant of works and necessary time for realize to certification of gaming machine and will send the confirmation of order to the customer, in the main is proposal of the contract with the requirements for complete the documnet, prices and the terms of finish control
• ITC will perform review of the gaming machine operating ability
• In case of performance all of conditions for the certificate, customer will receive „Certification for the gaming machine operating ability“ and „Statements from the certifications“ for each gaming machine
• On basis customer request will ITC deliver to the customer „Duplicate of certificate for gaming machine operating ability“, in case near losses, damage, destruction or estrangement the original of the „Certification for gaming machine operating ability“

THE FUNDAMENTAL SCOPE OF ACTIVITY OF ITC AND OF THE CO-OPERATING WORKPLACE IN CERTIFYING OPERATING ABILITY OF THE GAMING MACHINES IS AS FOLLOWS

• inspection of completeness and objective corretness of the documentation submitted
• assessment whether conditions stipulated in the Act. No. 202/1990, Collection of Laws and the Decree No. 223/1993 (Collection of Laws) on gaming machines issued by the Czech Republic´s Finance Ministry have been met (particularly those concerning the maximum bet on the game, maximum winnings from one game, maximum hourly loss, winnings share, record of paid-in and paid-out coins, impossibility to transfer means paid into winnings, date of manufacture)
• assessment of existence of valid conformity declaration on certified gaming machines in compliance with Act. No. 22/1997, Colection of Laws

DOCUMENTATION ISSUED

• gaming machine operating ability certificate
• extract from the gaming machine operating ability certificate for every gaming machine
• duplicate of the gaming machine operating ability certificate when the certificate original has been lost, damaged or stolen
   

The certificates and certificate extracts issued are protected with an up-to-date technology against abuse and forgery.

OTHER ITC´S ACTIVITIES IN THE GAMING MACHINES FIELD

• In cooperation with laboratory revolting workplace:
   
• conformity assessment of gaming machines pursuant to Act. No. 22/1997, Collection of Laws, as amended, whit respect to:
  
  • electric safety in compliance with the Government´s Order No. 17/2003, Collection of Laws, which lays down technical reguirements for low-voltage electric equipment (as amended by the Government´s Order No. 281/2000, Collection of Laws)
  • electromagnetic compatibility pursuant to the Government´s Order No. 616/2006, Collection of Laws (as amended by the Government´s Order No. 282/2000, Collection of Laws)
• testing, assessment and registration of new gaming machine models in conformity with Act. No. 202/1990, Collection of Laws, as amended
• testing, assessment of changes and modifications carried out in gaming machine models registeredat an earlier date pursuant to Act. No. 202/1990, Collection of Laws, as amended, including elaboration of reports on their registration
• testing and assessment of electromechanical and electronic equipment for gambling operation
• cosultancy in the gaming machines field

EXPANDED COMPETENCE -  SERVICES

Our Institut received, as only establishment in Czech Republic, international accreditation for testing of technical qualification of SW and HW of slot-machines and technical equiment for pools including accessories according standard CSN EN ISO /IEC 17 025 (Testing Laboratory No. 1004.3) and international accreditation for Technical inspection of slot-machines and technical equiment for pools including accessories according standard CSN EN ISO/IEC 17020 (Technical inspection No. 4035 ).

This new competence allowed us to offer you certification gaming machine in a countries EU and in the other European countries.
